Team NSFI is currently working in ‘Farm, Non-Farm, Renewable Energy and Water Management’ sectors with a focus on gender equality, incubation & entrepreneurship development, climate action, agriculture-based livelihoods, market development and digital-financial literacy.

Amina Kidwai has 15+ years of experience in the development sector, with specialization in project management, communications, and fundraising. As the Lead for Fundraising & Business Development at NSFI, she manages partnerships, crafts grant proposals, and oversees donor communications and reporting, in addition to supervising projects. Her cross-functional expertise is anchored in a strong commitment to creating lasting impact through strategic partnerships.
As Head of HR at NSFI, Mr. K R C Pillai oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee welfare, people management, and legal compliance. With a strong belief in HR as a key business enabler, he ensures that people practices support the organization’s mission and growth. He holds an M.A. in English and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDIPM).
A dedicated and results-driven professional with over 10+ years of experience in the social sector, Abhijith serves as an Operations Manager, specializing in program and operations management. He brings expertise in designing and implementing impactful initiatives that address critical community needs. A strategic thinker with strong leadership and collaboration skills, he is committed to driving social innovation and meaningful change
Santosh Bharadwaj is a finance and accounting professional with over 12+ years of experience in the non-profit sector. Currently serving as Accounts and Compliance Manager, he specializes in financial management, reporting, payroll, and regulatory compliance. He holds a Master’s degree in Commerce. with a focus on Accounts, Business Law, and Economics. Santosh has a proven track record of delivering accurate financial analysis and ensuring transparency across all reporting processes.
Amar Deep holds an MBA in HR and Finance management, with 3.5 years of experience in administration and financial support. He heads administrative operations and contributes to financial management, known for his strong coordination skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
With a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology and 4 years of experience, Stella Shireen brings a dynamic blend of technical knowledge and leadership. As Assistant Manager – Innovations, she excels in team coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication, driving forward creative solutions and fostering a culture of innovation.
Tanushree Bhattacharjee serves as the Assistant Manager (Research & Fundraising) at NSFI. She holds a postgraduate degree in Economics with a specialization in Sustainability and Natural Resources, with academic work focused on labour economics and development policy. Her research spans livelihoods, climate-health linkages, and impact assessment across diverse regions. In her fundraising role, she leads proposal development, cultivates partnerships, and drives resource mobilization to strengthen and expand NSFI’s initiatives.
Anil Kumar Saini is the Field Project Coordinator at NSFI and holds a Master’s degree in Social Work (M.S.W), with over 10 years of experience in the development sector. At NSFI, his expertise lies in managing daily field operations, leading the on-ground team, coordinating with stakeholders, mobilizing communities, and ensuring timely reporting to the Head Office.
Pinkesh Berenbhai Savaniya is a Field Executive with an M.A. and B.Ed, supporting rural entrepreneurs across Anand.He focuses on building relationships with entrepreneurs, collecting key field data, and assisting in training workshops. He contributes actively to strengthening livelihoods through hands-on support and local engagement.
Kristina Rameshbhai Khristi is the Assistant Field Executive at NSFI and holds a Master’s degree in Social Work (M.S.W). In her role, she works directly with youth and entrepreneurs, supporting field activities and ensuring inclusive engagement—especially with young women—through gender-sensitive communication and outreach.
N. Jaipal is an Assistant Project Coordinator with a Master’s degree and a B.Ed, actively working with entrepreneurs through the MentRE program. He supports individuals in addressing business challenges, strengthening operations, and identifying opportunities for growth. Having joined NSFI in 2021, he brings a practical approach to mentoring and capacity-building across diverse entrepreneurial backgrounds
With 6 years of experience in the development sector, Chandni Rana specializes in project coordination, data management, and enterprise support. At Sabal Sakhi, a women-led initiative, she oversees training logistics, tracks income and sales, and ensures operational efficiency. A BA graduate, she brings a practical, hands-on approach to strengthening women’s economic participation and driving collective growth.
T. Bandhu is a Field Executive with 6 years of experience and an ITI diploma. He plays a key role in community outreach in Balog Panchayat, informing women about upcoming trainings and their duration. With a background in managing field office data, he supports rural women in accessing skill-building opportunities and expanding their income sources.
